Tai Ji in the Park

Join Suzen Sharden Segall for an introduction to Chinese Yoga and The Tai Ji Dance of the Five Elements. Beginners and seasoned players will all experience benefits of this moving guided meditation practice; calming the mind, improving concentration, strengthening muscle tone, bones and balance.
Dress in comfortable layers with sun screen, hat and flat bottom shoes and bring your water bottle if you’d like.
Golfers: If you are interested in shaving points off your short game, basic principles and practices of Mindful Golf are included in this series. Bring your foursome!
