In transition from summer to fall, Michelle will be hosting her seasonal 108 sun salutations at the Park on the deck. Please join in as we mimic nature’s desire to shed and let go during this time of year. The meditative repetition of sun salutations helps us to get to the point mentally, physically and spiritually where we can acknowledge and part ways with whatever we are holding onto.
