Yoga – ages 11+

$10This class is intended as a fun and non-competitive outlet for tweens. Breathing exercises, flowing sequences, balancing poses and deep relaxation will be explored as effective tools to handle stress, anger and anxiety. The focus for this group is on positive self-awareness aimed towards developing a healthy relationship with our bodies. A weekly intention will be explored.
Yogis are asked to please bring a mat.
